Signing up is free and takes 10–15 minutes. Your profile lets hosts see who they are inviting into their home.
Browse host profiles: photos of the home, the family description, languages spoken, the cultural programme and the price per night. Every host has a video introduction.
Filter by country, city and dates, save the ones you like to your favourites and compare them at your own pace.
Pick a room and your dates, say how many guests are coming and write the host a few words about yourself and what you want from the trip. A request commits you to nothing.
Hosts reply within 24 hours. Once they confirm the dates you get a notification and move on to payment.
Payment goes through the platform. The money is only released to the host after you check in — until then it stays protected.
Your host meets you, shows you around the home and introduces the family. From there it is shared meals, daily conversation in the language and the cultural programme you chose.
