This Agreement governs the relationship between Joy Nativo and the Host β an individual or family welcoming travelers through the platform.
1. Parties
Platform: [COMPANY NAME], RUC [RUC], [ADDRESS], Ecuador.
Host: individual or family registered and verified on Joy Nativo.
2. Host Obligations
- Provide a private furnished room with clean bedding.
- Ensure access to bathroom, hot water, and basic utilities.
- Provide meals as specified in the profile (if included).
- Speak or make efforts to speak with the guest in the immersion language.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming home environment.
- Notify Joy Nativo of any changes to accommodation at least 7 days in advance.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest personal data.
- Complete identity verification and provide up-to-date accommodation photos.
3. Prohibited Actions
- Accepting payment directly from guests outside the platform.
- Charging additional fees not agreed with Joy Nativo.
- Canceling confirmed bookings without valid reason.
- Allowing guests not listed in the booking to stay.
- Discriminating against guests for any reason.
4. Compensation & Payouts
- Accommodation price is set by the Host and agreed with Joy Nativo.
- Joy Nativo retains a 15% commission per booking.
- Payouts are made within 5 business days after guest check-in.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Disputes shall be resolved before the courts of [CITY], Ecuador.
